My dog doesn't react
Some dogs react to every squeak, and some barely look up. Try a quiet room, the phone just above your dog's eye level, and a few sessions on different days. If your dog still isn't interested, that's fine, and you can play another way.
The camera doesn't spot the tilt
Point the camera at your dog's face, in good light, with your dog facing the phone. Tilty can't measure a tilt from the side. You can always tap Head tilt yourself, and your tap overrides the camera.
I can't hear anything
Disconnect headphones or AirPods. Tilty won't start while they're connected, because your dog has to hear the sound. Then turn the phone's volume up a little. Tilty plays even when the phone is on silent.
Is it safe for my dog?
Keep sessions short and the volume moderate, and end with a real toy or a treat. Stop if your dog licks its lips, pins its ears back, tucks its tail, backs away, pants, freezes or searches the room frantically. Skip Tilty if your dog is scared of noises.
Where are my clips?
Kept clips are under Tilt clips on Tilty's home screen. Tap Save to put one in Photos, or Share to send it.
What does Tilty send?
Only if you said yes during setup: which sounds played and how your dog reacted, anonymously. It never sends video, photos or your dog's name. Change your answer in Tilty's settings. The privacy policy has the details.
